About me:

Hi! My name is Melanie LaChance and I absolutely LOVE to teach Zumba! I have lost 60 pounds thus far, gained muscle tone, and found muscles I didn't know existed all thanks to Zumba! In addition, it has helped tremendously with depression, anxiety, energy, and stress. This is truly a body, mind, and spirit workout! No experience required. Many modifications so you can work at your own level. You do not have to be coordinated nor a dancer to do Zumba. The only requirement is to have fun, enjoy your results, and experience an amazing workout! I can not wait to meet you!
